A new beginning, navigating the future 🧭

154 months of building solutions at AWS taught me something unexpected: the most resilient professionals are people who can build cloud architecture, debug a cultural problem, coach a group of executives, mentor a struggling colleague, and learn something entirely new by Thursday.
Think Robert Heinlein’s “competent human” meets the age of AI and exponential change. 🚀
A very big and heartfelt “Thank you!” to my customers, my colleagues, and all the great people I had the privilege of meeting and learning from during these most exciting times at AWS! ☁️
Now I’m taking everything I’ve learned and diving deeper into this: learning across domains, connecting the dots, and helping people see the forest among the trees while navigating an unpredictable future. It’s a flywheel: learning, synthesizing, teaching, discovering what’s worth learning next. ⚙️
I’ll be exploring and writing about mental models that actually work, coaching teams and individuals, and probably getting curious about fields I never expected to care about. 😄
The best learning happens when we chart unknown territories together.
